防止寶貴樣品的損失
使用這種光學(xué)透明的粘性蓋膜將樣品密封于微孔板的孔內(nèi)。這將會(huì)降低樣品孔之間交叉污染的可能性，有助于確保一致的實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR數(shù)據(jù)。
使用方便
只需從粘性蓋膜上撕下襯墊，將其緊緊的貼在微孔板上方即可。將微孔板疊在一起，按正常方法讀取樣品，但樣品污染的幾率更低。適用于MicroAmp? 96孔和384孔板。
